Valance conferred a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom in 2018. She also completed her Master in Business Administration from Veritas University College in 2021. Thereafter, she obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2022. She commenced her pupillage in our firm under the tutelage of Mr Lee Chong Hoe and mentorship of Mr Teh Lip Jin. Valance was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023 and was retained as our Legal Associate.

She has been involved in capital market transaction which ranges from initial public offerings, merger and acquisitions, private placement and et cetera. In addition to that, her experiences in conveyancing include that of sub-sale and tenancy transactions.
