Zi Xin obtained her LLB Honours degree from Northumbria University, Newcastle UK in 2013 and thereafter earned her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2014. She completed her pupilage with us and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015.

Zi Xin specialises in the area of real estate particularly in project development, property financing, corporate financing, acquisition of properties, leases and tenancies for shopping malls in Klang Valley. Zi Xin also has experience in sale and purchase transaction and acquisition of lands advisory works with major property developers which includes top 10 developers in Malaysia. Zi Xin has also advised local banks in completion of financing facilities for various public listed companies.
