Simone graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor of Laws in July 2015. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2016 as a Barrister at Law of Inner Temple. She trained at Messrs Tay & Partners and commenced practise with us after she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in September 2017. Simone is also currently finishing her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.

Simone specialises in corporate and commercial matters such as corporate finance, capital market regulations, and mergers and acquisitions. Simone has worked on initial public offerings, acquisitions, joint ventures, debt issues and a variety of legal due diligence exercises. Simone also undertakes various advisory works on will, trusts and probates; and real estate matters such as sub-sales and retail loans.
