Danny graduated from University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2016. Thereafter, he obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice and commenced his pupillage with Messrs David Lai & Tan.

 

During his pupillage, he was exposed to contentious and non-contentious matters, namely general litigation and capital markets transactions, particularly initial public offerings of companies on Main Board and Gem Market of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He was then admitted as an Advocates and Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Thereafter, he was engaged as an in-house counsel of a Singapore based multinational company and handled a wide range of in-house corporate and commercial matters. He joined us as a legal associate in 2022.

 

Danny focuses in corporate and commercial matters.
