Clement graduated from University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2015, followed by Masters in Commercial Law from University of the West of England, Bristol. He then proceeded with his Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in University of Northumbria, Newcastle and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2018 as a Barrister-at-Law of Middle Temple. Having completed his pupillage at Azman Davidson & Co. he was retained as legal associate where he focused on Equity Capital Markets. He commenced practice with our firm in January 2022.

Clement has worked on Initial Public Offerings of companies on the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, delisting and privatization by way of selective capital reduction, acquisition and commercial drafting
